Development Overview

Estrella and Terraza are within easy reach of the town of Sabinillas, being a 20 minute walk along the beach or a short drive away. The town of Sabinillas offers all local amenities including banks, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. From the beach at Sabinillas you can take a leisurely stroll around the bay to the stunning marina of La Duquesa with its wonderful selection of shops and restaurants.
The delightful resorts of Estepona and Sotogrande are also a short drive away, as well as the many golf courses in the area such as La Duquesa Golf and Estepona Golf.

Estrella & Terraza de la Bahia consists of a choice of two bedroom apartments and three bedroom penthouses and townhouses. These are built in a traditional Andalucian style. The lounges and bedrooms are luxuriously furnished by our own interior designer, having been built to reflect the Moorish influences of this particular region.

Each apartment has private terraces or gardens for relaxing and entertaining, most with spectacular sea views.

Terraza de la Bahia has its own swimming pool and beautiful gardens.
Estrella also has its own swimming pool set within superb landscaped walkways and gardens.

These apartments are also within easy reach of the enchanting village of Casares (see page 60). Voted the most picturesque village in Spain this is a beautiful pueblo, certain to leave a lasting impression. The streets are narrow and steep with a good selection of tapas bars. You can also enjoy a magnificent view from the top of the village across to North Africa.
